Position Information
- To resolve immediate parking issues, both for staff and patient/visitors.
- To provide clerical and administrative support to maintain, monitor and control parking privileges, in real time for all staff, physicians, resident and visitors, in accordance with The Ottawa Hospital's Corporate Parking Policy and Staff Parking SOP;
- To answer parking inquiries and resolve parking issues in person, via email and/or telephone.
- To maintain records in payroll in related applications.
- To provide required reports and relevant information to supervisors/managers.
- To perform other administrative duties based on operational needs.
Rotation/Shifts
Days and evenings, Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts (06:00-14:00, 08:00-16:00, 12:00-08:00, 16:00-00:00).

Basic Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent;
- Minimum of six (6) months recent experience working in a computerized Contact Centre environment or equivalent clerical experience in a busy, fast paced customer service environment requiring extensive multi-tasking;
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Data Entry (4 000 keystrokes/hour);
- Intermediate Word;
- Intermediate Excel;
- Software application skills;
- Advanced communication skills to quickly diagnose customer service issues and provide correct remedy.
