Office Administrator/Bookkeeper

Solid Decorum Inc

· Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls

· Receive and direct visitors and clients

· General clerical duties including photocopying, emails

· Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system

· Handle requests for estimates

· Prepare written responses to routine enquiries

· Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, estimates and

emails

· Maintain office supplies inventories

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • Office: 2 years (required)
