Advantages

Salary between 60k and 65k, depending on experience

Permanent position, Monday to Friday (7:30 a.m. to 4:00 a.m.)

Responsibilities

Taking customer orders by telephone, in person and by e-mail

Quoting and invoicing

After-sales service to ensure impeccable customer retention

Up-selling on incoming calls

Provide an excellent customer service

Build lasting relationships

Qualifications

Fluently Bilingual in French and English

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role (all industries)

Experience with order entry software (SAP, ERP, CRMs)

Passion for learning

Customer centric approach to sales

Construction or supply chain experience an asset
