Marie, Regina, Calgary, Vancouver, and Victoria, including locations near Indigenous communities.This is a full time remote contract opportunity from March to December 2026.** Successful candidates will need to hold or obtain a Reliability Government of Canada security clearance.Work as part of a cross-functional agile scrum team to deliver bug fixes for a social services transformation project. The role involves creating and executing product test plans, automating test scripts, and collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. The position requires advanced proficiency in Test Automation Strategy and Curam, as well as experience with Azure DevOps for work management.Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the agile scrum team to deliver bug fixes for a social services transformation.
  • Create and execute comprehensive product test plans.
  • Use automation frameworks and tools to automate test scripts for ongoing execution.
  • Work alongside client resources to understand requirements and drive acceptance for fixes.
  • Collaborate with the project testing center of excellence and test automation pod to enhance reusability and accelerate delivery through test automation.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps for project work management, including planning testing, executing work, and raising bugs.
  • Work closely with designers and developers to create traceable test plans, understand product design, and triage bugs.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience and advanced proficiency in Test Automation Strategy.
  • 2+ years of experience and advanced proficiency in Curam.
  • Strong experience with automation frameworks and tools for test script automation.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for work management and bug tracking.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and client resources.
  • Strong understanding of agile scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and bug triaging skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
