We are seeking 3 dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records.
  • Upsell additional products or services based on customer needs.
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while communicating with customers.
  • Exhibit excellent phone etiquette and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities (especially in Spanish) are a plus.
  • Proficient in analyzing information and providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding customer service at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Weekends as needed

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Call center: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-01-15
