With 5 different dining options (Restö, Panorama Lounge, Mëzz Café, Biërgarden, and Shack), the restaurant team extends the well-being ritual into a revitalizing ritual. Locally sourced food and beverages, served by attentive artisans, bring farm-to-table experiences.

The Restaurant Coordinator is a key ingredient in our artisan and guest experience. They are passionate about teamwork and have a strong sense of service excellence.

Responsibilities:

Your role involves supporting the restaurant team with a variety of tasks such as:

• Scheduling for services employees
• Verifying employee timesheets;
• Validating tip declaration data;
• Ordering and procurement
• Updating the ordering and billing system;
• Updating menus (layout, translation, printing, etc.);
• Planning and administrative follow-up for employee interviews and onboarding;
• Administrative follow-up on employee files;
• Following up on requests from various departments (IT, technical services, purchasing, etc.);
• Receiving and following up on invoices;
• Supporting the team in managing inventories.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of post-secondary education;
• At least two (2) years of relevant experience with scheduling;
• Experience in restauration is an asset;
• To be bilingual in French and English;

Work Schedule:

• 40 hours/week (Full-time). The work schedule is set from Sunday to Thursday, during the day.
