Your Impact Every Day
- Ensure the completion of small- and medium-scale work, as well as compliance with plans and specifications.
- Take part in reviewing shop drawings in collaboration with the design teams.
- Assist in drafting site notes and notices for contractors to ensure contract clauses are respected.
- Monitor project schedules and attend site meetings.
- Verify work progress according to plans and specifications.
- Prepare equipment lists for commissioning.
- Help analyze and negotiate change order pricing with contractors.
- Completion of a DEC in Building Engineering / Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Possession of the ASP Construction card is an asset.
- Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Versatility, autonomy, and ease of communication.
- Curiosity and initiative.
